• Special category of personal data: medical data, medical condition, health condition, performed medical services, specialist reports, performed procedures, plaster model of jaw, photographs, x-ray images, other images and possible additional personal data gather through the FDI form on health that the Practice gathers based on the legislation or subject’s opt-in, etc.
• Other personal data made available by the services’ users upon establishing contractual/business relationships, such as a bank account
• The data gathered through video surveillance by means of controlling entry and exit from the premises for the purpose of protecting persons and property.

How and with whom do we share your personal data
